Flat Gearboxes

Flat gearboxes from RSGetriebe are tried and tested solutions in many different branches of industry. They are used, for example, in mixing and stirring technology, in the steel industry and in the materials handling industry.

Thanks to the standardized modular system, the flat gearboxes can be individually and economically tailored to your plant. The gearboxes are available in eleven sizes and cover a range of up to 200,000 Nm. The gear ratio is implemented individually based on the customer’s requirements.

The flat gearboxes are characterized by a high power density and compact design. The gearboxes are standardly available in Z or U form. They can, however, be equipped with a bevel gear stage, if wanted.

The gearboxes can be optionally equipped with motor flange, coupling and oil/water cooler.

The following options are also available:

• Reinforced bearings for the highest radial and axial load capacity
• Lubricant and temperature monitoring
• Drive motors
• Shaft end: smooth, profile DIN 5480, keyway, complete with connecting flange

• Cooling, lubrication and lubricant monitoring according to the customer's wishes
• Inputs and outputs in accordance with the customer's specifications
